Manufacturing & Quality

The bowl is produced by injection moulding in our own factory, which gives a precise shape, a strong body and a smooth surface in a single operation. The food-grade plastic is checked for material quality at the start of each batch, and the moulding parameters are controlled so that every bowl has the same wall thickness and dimensions. The valve is assembled from selected components, with the float or push mechanism tested individually for opening force, sealing and flow rate. Each bowl is inspected for surface defects, dimensional accuracy and the correct operation of the valve, and a sample from each batch is tested for impact resistance at low temperature. Because the bowl is moulded in one piece, there are no seams where bacteria could collect, and the smooth surface is very easy to keep clean. This careful production gives the farm a bowl that is consistent in quality and that will keep working reliably for many years of daily use in the cattle house.
