Manufacturing & Quality

This feeder is produced in our factory under a controlled quality routine. The stainless sheet is laser cut and formed, and the dividers are positioned on a jig and welded with TIG welding so that every feeding position is exactly the same size. All welds are ground and polished, and the complete unit is cleaned and passivated to protect the surface. Every feeder is checked for dimensional accuracy, weld strength, surface finish and the correct operation of the feed plate, and a sample from each batch is load tested. Because the dividers are welded into the body, there are no loose parts to lose or replace, which keeps the unit safe and reduces maintenance. The stainless surface is smooth and non-porous, so it is easy to keep clean and does not hold bacteria or smells.
